By accepting this term, the Data Subject consents and agrees that BlueEz Inteligência em Negócios LTDA, CNPJ No. 47.851.080/0001-52, headquartered in São José dos Pinhais, Paraná, phone: +55 41 99945-1058, email: dpo@monditech.com.br, hereinafter referred to as Data Protection Officer - DPO, may make decisions regarding the processing of your personal data and process such data, involving operations such as collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination, or extraction.
Personal Data
The DPO is authorized to make decisions regarding and to process the following personal data of the Data Subject:
• Full name;
• Email address;
• Company and position.
Additionally, the DPO is authorized to process any data entered by the Data Subject with the intention of obtaining the services provided by the company, such as participation in new events, Catalog Sheet creation, Exclusivity Letter, participation in Fairs and Events, etc.:
Purposes for Data Processing
The processing of personal data listed in this term has the following purposes:
• To allow the Controller to identify and contact the Data Subject for commercial relationship purposes.
• To enable the Controller to send or provide its products and services to the Data Subject, whether paid or free of charge.
• To allow the Controller to structure, test, promote, and advertise products and services, personalized or not.
• To enable the Controller to use such data for Market Research.
• To allow the Controller to use such data for registration, disclosure, and awarding in Events, Prizes, or Contests.
• To allow the Controller to use such data for catalog creation and author curation.
• To allow the Controller to use such data for reporting and issuing products, events, and services.
• To enable the Controller to use such data in its Communication pieces.
• To allow the Controller to issue participation certificates and related financial documents if needed.
• To enable the Controller to invite the Data Subject to other events and services beyond those primarily offered, provided there’s demonstrated interest.
• To enable the Controller to maintain a database of market professionals to facilitate future event invitations.
Data Sharing
The DPO is authorized to share the Data Subject’s personal data with other data processors, if necessary, for the purposes listed in this term, while observing the principles and guarantees established by Law No. 13.709.
The DPO adopts a policy of providing data anonymously whenever possible, only associating specific data in cases of force majeure or legal requests from superior bodies.
Data Security
The DPO is responsible for maintaining technical and administrative security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access and from accidental or unlawful situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication, or any improper or unlawful processing.
In accordance with Article 48 of Law No. 13.709, the DPO will notify the Data Subject and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) of any security incidents that may pose a risk or significant harm to the Data Subject.
End of Data Processing
The DPO may retain and process the Data Subject’s personal data for as long as they are relevant to achieving the purposes listed in this term. Anonymized personal data, with no possibility of association with the individual, may be kept indefinitely.
The Data Subject may request via email or letter that the Controller delete non-anonymized personal data at any time. The Data Subject is aware that the Controller may be unable to continue providing products or services after data deletion.
Data Subject Rights
The Data Subject has the right to obtain from the DPO, regarding their processed data, at any time and upon request: I - confirmation of data processing; II - access to data; III - correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data; IV - anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or improperly processed data; V - data portability to another service or product provider, upon express request and subject to commercial and industrial secrecy, as per regulatory body rules; VI - deletion of personal data processed with consent, except in cases provided by law; VII - information about public and private entities with which the Controller shared data; VIII - information on the possibility of not providing consent and consequences of refusal; IX - revocation of consent under § 5 of Article 8 of Law No. 13.709.
Right to Withdraw Consent
This consent may be withdrawn by the Data Subject at any time by requesting via email to the DPO.
